Sale Tips and Information

 

-Two ways to bid:

  Register and bid online at www.cwcattlesales.com

  Place phone bids by 6 PM Jan. 5 and we will call you when your lot is sellingelling

-All online rules and terms apply to Phone bidders.                                                                                       

 -In the rare case that a phone connection or reception problem causes a missed bid when a lot closes we reserve the right to re-open bidding on that lot to the final two bidders.

-Phone bidders must be available when lot is closing or calf will sell with no exceptions.

-If you think you may be hard to reach the evening of the 5th please give us an alternate number to call of a person that can bid on your behalf.

-Please have any questions about the cattle asked before noon on sale day.  Once the sale starts it moves like a live auction and there is not time.

-We reserve the right to reject any and all bids.  All cattle are considered sound and healthy and sell with no guarantee.

-A secure form of payment must be received before cattle are loaded.
